Thank you for your interest in our surveys!
The Connections Center, with assistance from the Foundation for Autism Research and Remediation (FARR) is conducting these surveys in order to find out what is really important to individuals with autism and those close to them. The surveys are a forum through which we hope to inform the research and clinical communities about what is really important to the people they are researching or treating. There are separate surveys for health professionals, parents and individuals on the spectrum, and each will take about 20 minutes to complete. Please use the following links to reach your survey!
